Andrew Tschesnok

Andrew drives the Company's overall vision, specifically managing and directing all technology decisions and Company positioning. Andrew is the chief architect behind Organic Motion's breakthrough technology and the creator of the Company's patent-pending software and system.

Prior to founding Organic Motion, Andrew founded and launched World Web Publishing, a start-up that was later acquired by YouthStream Media Networks. At YouthStream, he served as the director of e-Commerce, responsible for creating the world's first contextually-driven e-commerce system, contributing to the startup's stellar growth to achieve an $800 million market cap.

In 1996, Andrew was the lead engineer at FasTV where he developed the Internet's first video search portal to stream video clips based on user text searches. He also worked as a core member of the engineering team at Discreet Logic (now Autodesk), creating special effect software for the video and film industry and founded the hardware company DigiSonic, which designed ultrasonic head and body tracking systems for the virtual reality engineering market.

Andrew holds a bachelor's of science in Virtual Reality from Tufts University.

Jonathan Rand

Jonathan Rand

Jonathan energizes all aspects of the Company's growth by driving business efforts and core operations. Jonathan oversees the creation and execution of the Company's strategic sales and marketing campaigns, secures strategic partnerships, and guides product evolution.

Prior to Organic Motion, through his executive roles in numerous startup and early-stage technology companies, Jonathan was instrumental in driving combined sales revenues in excess of $200 million, resulting in executive management appointments at three public companies.

Jonathan has served as the evp of sales and treasurer at IDT, an international telecom provider, where, as a member of the founding executive team, he helped grow the company from startup to Fortune 1000. Additionally, Jonathan helped establish the VoIP innovator Net2Phone, a subsidiary of IDT, in which he led the company through an international sales launch of the world's first VoIP phones. Jonathan founded the management consulting firm Indigo Capital Advisers and served as the company's chief executive officer and managing partner.

Prior to IDT, Jonathan founded and grew a magazine targeted to college students, Campus Connection, which he sold in 1990 after achieving a national circulation of 1.2 million and a strong base of national advertisers. Jonathan began his formal career in 1986 when hired into Procter & Gamble's brand management program.

Jonathan received a bachelor's of science in economics from the Wharton School of Business.

Alex Czarowicz
VP Sales & Marketing

Alex Czarowicz

Alex draws on more than 6 years experience in the motion capture industry, delivering a focused sales and marketing effort to major corporations and offering a particular expertise regarding the multiple biomechanics applications of Organic Motion's core technology.

Prior to Organic Motion, Alex was the co-founder and VP motion systems of zFlo Motion, Inc. where he led the market introduction of SIMI Reality Motion system to the US market. Alex was responsible for business development and sales, specifically to the Life Sciences markets.

Alex is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of information technology, consulting and sales experience. He has previously held executive positions as CEO with FM DATA-CONSULT, a CAFM consultancy firm serving clients like Roche Diagnostics, 3M ESPE, DLW Armstrong and with ISSP AG and web-based CAFM software developer.

Alex studied at the Technical University of Munich.

Dr. Gerhard Huber

Gerhard Huber

Dr. Huber serves on the Company's board as the appointed representative of lead institutional investor MEGU Capital. Dr. Huber is Organic Motion's initial investor and lead investor in A-round funding. Dr. Huber has been instrumental in shaping Organic Motion through his expert guidance at all phases of execution.

Dr. Huber was founder and CEO of high-tech incubator ENBA, Europe's first online-only financial services firm. In support of ENBA, Dr. Huber established Wit Capital Europe and raised over $500 million from such institutions as Intel, Morgan Stanley and Paine Webber. He later negotiated a $2.5 billion merger with ENBA, Spanish Bank Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA), and Terra Networks.

Dr. Huber began his career as a consultant at KPMG and has held leadership positions at HypoVereinsbank, where he founded Direct Anlage Bank. Dr. Huber is currently an Angel investor in a broad range of businesses.
