Miroslav is an independent private equity investor. He brings to the company both a top-level technical perspective and a track record in managing organizations of varying sizes from a small Silicon Valley startup to a 12,000 person company.
In the past, as a consultant with McKinsey & Company's Business Technology Office, Miroslav had served Global 500 clients on three continents on issues relating to the use of technology as a source of competitive advantage. Miroslav's hands-on knowledge of technology was acquired while working in various specialist and technology management jobs at IBM and Young & Rubicam in the US.
Later in his career, Miroslav parlayed his management, operations and technology experience into top management jobs with BNP Paribas and Alfa Bank, both located in Europe.
Miroslav holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Brown University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Harvard University.
