SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. A maximum of $5,300,000,000 of services will be procured per year via orders issued under the SeaPort-e multiple award contracts.
The Navy has awarded Organic Motion an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contract (MA IDIQ) to provide authorization for service requirements solicited by The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) use this vehicle to contract for their service requirements. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Virginia, is the contracting agency.

Quality Assurance Program
Organic Motion is committed to providing products and services with the highest level of quality. Organic Motion utilizes the Agile development framework to plan, design, develop and successfully deliver systems, products and services to its customers.
Organic Motion will partner with Navy Virtual SYSCOM to identify potential problem areas, and provide alternative recommendations in order to enhance the success of initiatives. In addition, we will provide real-time feedback on any issues which would result in conflicting requirements, unrealized cost savings, or any other potential technical or contractual problem areas associated with the program.
Our quality processes leverage our Software Quality Assurance group and our administrative organization to ensure that all contract deliverables are delivered on-time at the highest level of quality. All program personnel are responsible for working within the guidelines of the customer contract requirements as well as our high internal technical standards.
